Most of the staff are wonderful and caring. I've never really had an issue. Getting to see a psychiatrist is a little difficult (have to be put on a waiting list and have to attend a certain amount of therapy sessions). But overall I love it. They're very friendly towards LGBTQ+ and trans folks. And they have gender neutral bathrooms, wheelchair accessible bathrooms, entrance, parking lot, and elevator.

when i first started going here, it was difficult. i had to wait 3 months for a first, initial appointment. i found that to be insane, especially for those who may be having a worse time than me. Recently they began a new scheduling system so your appointment (even new) should be seen within 14 days (maybe longer for new, but certainly not MONTHS). The old scheduling way, i wouldve rated this business 3 stars. the new one is a little better. since the schedule system is at a call center, you arent on hold at the office forever. The downside is the background noise at the center is so loud when scheduling. oh well, still better :)
